New Smile in One Visit

This patient previously had to spend several 1 hour trips to a lab in-order to meet her expectations for her restorations. She was able to get her damaged crown replaced and the space restored in one visit. All characterizations and glazing were done chair-side. Can you guess which crown was restored? Click here to e-mail your guess for the answer!

Transformation in ONE DAY!

All anterior incisors and canines were severely worn and were restored with custom fabricated feldspathic 3/4 crowns. Each restoration was artistically characterized and glazed by hand.  A laser gingivoplasty (re-contouring the gums) was performed prior to the initial photo to idealize proportions prior to placement of the final restorations. Every step of the procedure was performed in office

Heavy Grinding = Shorter Teeth

Severe attrition of the patients entire dentition resulted in the lower anterior incisors ground down to the gums. Crown lengthening along with full coverage crowns results in a dramatic improvement.

Anterior Reconstruction Part 2

Note the dramatic correction of arch assymmetry of the upper left canine depicted on the upper right side of each photograph. The canine was originally in severe crossbite. The patient’s occlusion (bite) is significantly improved along with his smile!
